(Austin, Texas) The third annual Triple Crown PetFest & Expo was held on Saturday, March 22, at Triple Crown Dog Academy in Hutto. The event raised over $5,000 for the Austin Humane Society, with 2,000 people in attendance. Triple Crown PetFest is an annual event benefiting a pet-related non-profit group each year.

     Triple Crown PetFest & Expo included a variety of activities for guests and their pets, including photos with the Easter bunny, Easter hayrides, a pet costume contest, Easter Parade, Easter Egg Hunt, Fastest Dog in Hutto races, a Canine Carnival, an agility course, free lectures and an Expo with exciting demos and pet-related products and services.

     “This year’s PetFest & Expo really surpassed our expectations,” said Keith Benson, president and C.O.O. of Triple Crown Dog Academy. “The event was free, so we’re particularly pleased with how much money was raised for the Austin Humane Society. We’re thankful to the nearly 2,000 people who came out with their pets and donated money to this great cause.”
